Update genome annotation and genetic variant data

The data for human genome annotation was changed to the Human Reference Genome GRCh38.p14. The genetic variant data from the public databases such as dbSNP, ClinVar, gnomAD and ToMMo have been updated and they can be visualized on the page of each gene.
Update layout of the protein view and their functionalities

The layout for the protein sequence view and the protein structure view are automatically changed according to the aspect ratio of the browser's window. The coloring option of B-factor and pLDDT for the AlphaFold model in the 3D structure view was added.
